Ripley’s favorite stores

Ripley

It can be difficult to find really good equipment for Rotties / Pit Bulls, so this is where I’m going to give props to businesses where I get things for Ripley. Check back for updates.

Leads
Ella’s Leads: GREAT communication and fast shipments / processing. We especially like the 1/2″ Nylon Double Braided Leads and have 2 of them.

Collars
Tablerock Kennels: The site may not look like much, and it’s sure not Web2.0, but that’s because the people making the equipment are busy actually making good equipment and checking on their customers to be sure they are happy. It’s not easy to find 3-ply nylon dog collars. We got the 2 inch Security Collar, and we’re very happy with it, and with this business.

BlockyDogs
: Seriously tough collars for seriously tough dogs. Sturdy, pliable, and well worth the price and long wait. It took us about 7 weeks to get our collar, but it is a favorite in our collection. They keep you updated on your order’s progress, and answer any questions right away. Great service and a great product.

Supplies
KV Vet Supply: Nice selection of pet supplies at decent prices, including Ripley’s favorite pressed rawhide bones in several flavors. Prices are comparable to the pet stores in my area, but the selection of varieties is better. You can’t beat free shipping, but they do add a $5 surcharge for orders under a certain price. Since $5 is less than one tends to pay for shipping, that’s okay by us.

Amazon.com seller: Clicking that link (hopefully) takes you to the product page for the best free range bully sticks we’ve ever bought. Best price, too. They’re Ripley’s favorite, and unlike most bully sticks, they don’t stink or stain!
